Bless Community Services (BCS) is expanding its programmes and services and looking for passionate individuals to join our organization. : You will support the Fund Raising Committee in the following: Strategize, plan, execute and review publicity and fund raising efforts of the organisation. Expand organisation's pool of donors and sponsors and seek out other funding sources. Donors and sponsors relationship management. Fund raising events management. Formulate communications narratives that help ensure organisational alignment on key initiatives and developments. Manage and update organisation's website and social media platforms. Support production of corporate or event publicity and branding collaterals including but not limited to information booklets, brochures, posters, banners, presentations and videos. Assist in drafting, editing and vetting various content to be published at an organisational level. Produce the organisation's bi-monthly newsletter and annual report. Provide social media support and photography support at events. Job Requirements: Academic: Entry level candidates are welcome to apply Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business Administration/Events Management or related field Core Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders Enjoys working in a social service industry. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Office productivity tools and Graphic Design applications. Video editing skills will be an added advantage. Proficient in publishing various types of content in the different social media platforms. Characteristics: Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-oriented Possess problem solving skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
