Overall job objectivesExecution of corporate development, M&A, and financial strategy.Core responsibilities Execute partnerships, joint ventures, investment and M&A opportunities, including due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, final approvals and integration planning Assist in developing growth strategy, including identifying partnership opportunities and analyzing competitive trends Coordinate cross-functional project team including finance, distribution and operations in the evaluation of investments and M&A opportunities Develop financial models, including projections, synergy modeling, and scenario analysis Manage third-party service providers throughout the deal execution phase, including actuarial firms, accountants, legal counsel, investment banks, and other consultant Execute debt and equity capital fund raising Assist the finance and accounting department with valuation models Assist business segments in negotiating and reviewing agreements with partners and vendors. Monitor listing compliance and other corporate regulatory mattersJob specifications Degree in Finance, Business, Account or a related field At least 3 years of work experience in in a relevant role Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure Superior analytical skills and financial acumen Experience in major Asian markets Demonstrated leadership ability Successful record of project management with excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills - written and verbal
