Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Corporate Finance VP/SVP for our client, a top leading Securities (Singapore) Corporate Finance Pte Ltd is currently applying for Capital Market Services licence from MAS. It intends to provide corporate finance advisory services in the future.Office Location: SingaporeResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate finance projects, including Financial Advisory (FA), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and other capital market transactions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders;
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring;
- Prepare and present pitch books, proposals, term sheets, and other relevant documents;
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Over 10 years of corporate finance experience in Singapore, preferably with exposure to Chinese-funded businesses;
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields, Masters degree or professional qualifications (such as CFA or CPA) are preferred;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
