Job Description


The Digital Markets team is assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships and build digital products that will transform the way we, and our clients, do business.

Under the Digital Markets umbrella, we are a team that is focused on product development for our global sales franchise. We are a small strategic team that sits in the front office that develops digital solutions that are used by our salesforce. We cover tools for sales, from transactional negotiation and processing to client intelligence and profitability across the Corporate Investment Bank (Macro, Credit, Equities, Platform Sales)

Job responsibilities

As a member of the Sales Product team in APAC you are responsible for:

  • A deep understanding of the end to end sales workflow across several lines of businesses
  • Taking an idea from inception to delivery including rollout and deployment to customers
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating implementation & development, testing and deployment
  • Managing program governance and facilitating strong effective project management
  • Taking commercial approach to technology, weighing cost vs benefit of technology solutions, and driving prioritization, specifications and ultimate adoption of the tools that are being built for Sales
  • Providing regular updates/reports to key stakeholders communicating progress and define key metrics and success criteria
  • Partnering closely with product managers in other regions, and also with local stakeholders (such as sales managers, trading product managers, e-trading teams, business managers and technology teams)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 1 years\' experience in a Sales & Trading organization as a product manager, technology manager/strategist, operations or someone with experience delivering in this organization
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in related subject
  • Understanding of Sales workflows from pre-trade, to trade, to post-trade and tools/applications that Sales leverage during the daily workflow (including vendor platforms and solutions)
  • Experience in organizing, conducting and analyzing client/sales needs. You will bridge the technical and business organizations and ensure we are building the right products with a combination of market/user/competitor research and metrics
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decision making and to drive the product development lifecycle
  • Strong program or project management experience
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a \'can-do\' attitude
  • Structured and analytical approach
