Provide IT onsite/remote support to all users when necessary. Liaise with vendors for support.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware/software-related issues.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist in the procurement and issuance of IT equipment / software / licenses.
Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation\'s IT policies and procedures.
Participate and support the organisation\'s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.
Any other IT related duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Good experience with Windows, Office 365 applications and Windows networking
Knowledge in Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage.
