Job Description
- Provide IT onsite/remote support to all users when necessary. Liaise with vendors for support.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware/software-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist in the procurement and issuance of IT equipment / software / licenses.
- Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
- Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation\'s IT policies and procedures.
- Participate and support the organisation\'s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
- Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.
- Any other IT related duties assigned by the management.
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good experience with Windows, Office 365 applications and Windows networking
- Knowledge in Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Passionate about leveraging technologies to help in improving the organization\'s efficiencies and productivity.
