Support full spectrum of HR operations from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding, with a focus in staff training & development.
Manage training administration including registration of courses, application of funding grants, coordinating in-house training courses, processing of training invoices, course evaluation.
Coordinate HR induction for new hires.
Coordinate internship attachments with tertiary institution.
Assist in the development and maintenance of in-house Learning Management System.
Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor and management.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and government-related claims process.
Experience in SkillsFuture funding applications will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and meticulous.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
