The Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager will support the Senior Management in space management and planning, agreement review, new clinical services review and high cost technologies review.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Space Management and Planning
Manage space requests while ensuring that spaces are allocated optimally to support growth and development for the longer term.
Collating relevant technical info / statistics and conducting strategic analyses that guides senior leadership decision making on space allocation and use.
In consideration of the long-term strategic plan, to work on infrastructure planning for the hospital and campus at large, to support the achievement of longer-term goals and aspirations.
Establishing working arrangements and links with internal and external parties as necessary to plan, implement and track progress of infrastructure projects.
Agreement review
Collaborate with stakeholders and review agreements to ensure that they are consistent with healthcare strategies and objectives.
New clinical services review
Collaborate with stakeholders and assess that new clinical services are appropriately planned, financially sound and have been adequately assessed for all aspects of quality, safety and governance before implementation.
Other functions
You will report on organisational performance and ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and relevant analysis to support decision making.
This involves interpreting data and analysing results to drive actionable insights, as well as identifying areas of opportunities for performance improvement and optimisation.
You will work with departments and institutions to develop work plan content, and provide advice on corporate planning and performance management.
You will also provide secretariat support for management meetings.
You will collaborate and support the department to facilitate strategy formulation pertaining to environmental scanning of threats and opportunities that could impact the organization and the healthcare landscape in Singapore.
You will conduct benchmarking studies to measure developmental progress in the area of Academic Medicine.
You will also communicate the strategy development process across and lead ad hoc projects that will support and drive the organisation\'s strategies.
You will provide secretariat support for key management meetings and retreats.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate may also be required / stretched to support other ongoing strategic key initiatives. Depending on performance and potential, this post can be a key stepping stone to other positions in the organisation.
Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Specification and Requirements
A good degree with minimum 3 years\' working experience
Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional people and analytical skills
Self-motivated and a proactive problem-solver
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and thrive amidst rapid change
Able to work independently, but also as a team player
Healthcare experience &/or Architecture background may be an advantage but is not a necessity
