Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients. Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal requirements of ACRA. Manage and update statutory records as per Singapore Companies Act. Coordinate and organise AGMs/EGMs. Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents. Liaising and coordinating with external service providers onnstatutory and compliance filings. Assist with incorporation of new companies and registration of foreign companies. Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Requirements:



Degree in accounting, business management or relevant legal professional / company secretarial certification. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act. A team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently. Ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines. * Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and strong MS Office skills.
