:Corporate Secretarial ExecutiveSingaporeMonday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pmHybridIntro:Responsible for a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies and foreign companies in area of advisory and compliance work in relevant company legislations and regulationsSome of the things you\'ll be doing:

  • Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure that all statutory and compliance requirements for client entities are met and kept up-to-date.
  • Attend and handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including board, board committee, and general meetings, recording proceedings, and drafting and releasing announcements via SGXNet to the stock exchange.
  • Manage immigration-related matters as required.
  • Support the Manager and both local and overseas teams in coordinating with global teams for onboarding new clients.
  • Oversee client onboarding, monitor compliance, and perform client due diligence checks.
  • Identify and pursue ad-hoc revenue opportunities through client interactions and time-charging on client assignments.
  • Actively manage and follow up on client outstanding invoices and debtor management.
  • Serve as the local representative to communicate between international teams and clients, acting as a liaison for onboarding and compliance matters.
  • Assist the Manager in improving client and internal work processes related to the sub-team and portfolio.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, as well as Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with a minimum of 5 years relevant corporate secretarial experience
  • Experience in handling SGX listed companies will be an advantage
  • Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude and basic commercial acumen
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Viewpoint will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions.
