Central - Clarke Quay Mon - Fri Permanent role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for maintaining updated minutes of accounts, holding board meetings and general secretarial work in addition to Central - Clarke Quay Mon - Fri Permanent role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining updated minutes of accounts, holding board meetings and general secretarial work in addition to basic bookkeeping and accounting skills for all group companies Responsible for collating portfolio statements invoices and accounting statements to be used by third party accountants to create financial statements and also have an excellent track record in document keeping. Preparation of relevant forms and completion of e-filing with government bodies (IRAS/ACRA) Responsible for administrative matters with regards to corporate secretarial functions, such as company incorporation, arrangement of meetings, paperwork and filing Renewal of PR cards, work pass, etc Maintenance of proper records and filing system Liaise with accountant to obtain financial information Maintaining the President's calendar and work appointments Payment of invoices, bills, credit cards, club membership bills, rental bills etc Visa and travel related documentation and bookings REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 year of experience in the similar role. Familiar with IRAS / ACRA e filling. Familiar with work pass processing.
