Responsibilities: The Corporate Services Department is responsible for the equipping of our BB members with their uniform and accoutrements, the office facilities and services, and general administrative duties. The staff will therefore need to: \xc2\xb7 Provide secretarial support to the facilities and campsite management committees (coordination of meetings, recording of minutes, preparation of reports, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Provide general administrative support to the office such as data entry, records filing and documentation \xc2\xb7 Assist the department work as covering staff or during busy periods (BB Shop, Facilities Management) \xc2\xb7 Perform front desk duties, receiving guests and visitors, handling inbound phone calls \xc2\xb7 Collect and distribute mails received, make courier arrangements, and send out external mail \xc2\xb7 Oversee office administration and upkeep such as ordering of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor\'s Degree \xc2\xb7 Organised and meticulous \xc2\xb7 Pleasant composure, cheerful disposition, good phone etiquette and service orientated attitude \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently but also a team player working towards shared goals \xc2\xb7 Willing to meet and work with volunteers on some evenings and Saturdays \xc2\xb7 Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken \xc2\xb7 Have good knowledge of computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $3,000.00 per month
