- Support Strategic planning initiatives including data management and collation
- Develop plans to materialize strategy
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Analyse industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
- Manage the development and implementation of strategic organisation development, change management and transformation strategies, projects and plans in support of the company\'s strategic directions and priorities
- Assess internal processes and external factors to identify improvement and growth opportunities
Job Requirements:
Degree or higher in any discipline- At least 5 years of experience strategic planning, governance, corporate development, research and analysis
- Prior experience in consulting houses
