Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Managing company’s website update, including products and sales awareness road show as & when requested by the company’s
  • To start up and create interactive website for spares and service
  • To manage & coordinate the Marine Spares Part Price and Ordering System and generate quotation for sales engineer.
  • To manage sales ordering system issue quotation, spares ordering and invoicing
  • To manage company’s email account and others social media updates
  • To Manage yacht expenses
  • To attend clients visiting the yachts on Sat and Sunday
  • Any other ad hoc duties as & when assigned by the company
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years+ of related working experience with qualification in any discipline
  • Prior experience handling Sales & Marketing & administrative support
  • Knowledge of website setup, updating
  • Growth focus, positive mentality, looking for breakthrough in strategy, processes or structures.
  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude. Strong involvement is expected across functions.
  • Experience in small but high-growth team is a plus.
  • A professional certificate such as Business or Marketing Administration is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Work from home and interacting with Singapore management team
Working Hours: remotely at any place (Once a week in office / twice a week on board the office on yacht)
