Job Description
This is a specific Corporate opportunity with a flagship international firm in the Singapore market.The work will be a mixture of M&A/general corporate advisory, but also some focus on regulatory/white collar and especially sanctions and FCPA centred work. As such, US admission might be useful, though this is not required. Cross border experience is essential. You will encounter a sophisticated client base and deal flow which ranges from Asia, to the US, Europe, and Australasia.A friendly work culture, and continuous training and encouragement awaits the successful candidate.
