We are currently looking for Scheduling/Planning Lead to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost control activities

for multiple work packages or sub-projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets.

Implement integrated cost control procedures

in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Prepare and maintain forecasts

including EAC, ETC, cost trends, earned value metrics (CPI/SPI), and risk-based contingencies.

Review and validate contractor claims and payments

, manage VoWD, variations, and final account settlements.

Track and report cost contingency

against risk exposure, ensuring transparency and timely corrective action.

Coordinate cost data with finance

, maintaining coding structures, SAP WBS elements, and accurate monthly reconciliations.

Support procurement, tender evaluations, and cashflow forecasting

in collaboration with project and commercial teams.

Develop Power BI dashboards and cost reports
