Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Receives the RFQ - Request for Costing2. Manages the preparation of per style costing during product development3. Establish process and techniques in calculating data needed for costing.4. Oversees process application in costing5. Ensures all Cost cards are done and submitted.6. Ensures all Exenta RFQ & BOM Takes are completed7. Ensures all PMS BOM are completed8. Ensures all Style Data Sheet are done, issued, and uploaded.9. Ensures all PPS sewing are done and completed10. Ensures all Cutting Die fabrication are done and issued11. Ensures all stamping patterns are duplicated and issued.12. Ensures all marker for Production are done and issued.13. Coordinates closely with Account officer for material information14. Coordinates closely with PDI for sample information15. Coordinates closely with AFG costing & development for intercompany costing16. Prepare and provides intercompany costing data17. Provides SMS information to Finance, Planning & Production18. Provides tools, process information & techniques for production19. Evaluates costing data based on process for Finance20. Coordinates closely with Finance for costing analysis & Information21. Review and provides intercompany production process22. Manage the review and preparation of updated costing based on actual process.23. Arranges for continuous training of the team.24. Ensures a harmonious working relationship among the team.25. Arranges for proper documentation of all the costing and process data26. Oversees the handover of pre-production information27. Approves the fabrication of tools28. Monitors the progress of staff individual output29. Coordinates with all the concerns so that production progresses as per plan30. Ensures administrative tasks are executed such as determination of training needs for team, performance management ofteam, engagement level of team, succession planning of team, proper and timely dissemination of administrative andfunctional information down the line, etc.Educational Attainment: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or other equivalent degrees.Professional Experience: More than 8 years of work experience in a manufacturing industryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
