Work Days: Mon to fri (9.30pm-630pm), Sat (9.30pm-1pm)
Salary: up to 2k
Location: TMCC - Tanah Merah Country Club (East)
Generate and track purchase work orders.
Coordinate department meetings and handle phone inquiries.
Maintain organized files and assist in report preparation.
Manage office supplies and provide general support.
Communicate updates on lost and found items.
Handle invoices, administrative tasks, and email responses.
Record accurate meeting minutes and greet visitors.
Maintain a contact list for key personnel and vendors.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Completed Secondary Education / GCE \'O\' level
Experience
PC literate with knowledge in MS Office
A minimum of 1 year working experience in administrative duties
Skills & Knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and able to work under pressure
