About the Opportunity
The Country Manager leads the SEA sales team and is a part of the regional APAC management team. This is a high visibility role and will be the face of the organization within the market. In this role, you will be working with a team of Account Directors and Managers to drive plans around the development and implementation of sales strategies and practices for the SEA market to meet or exceed the sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with high-touch clients, a solid understanding of market research, and have a flair for team management. You will be highly motivated to proactively drive revenue from key clients within the assigned territory, look at opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell products, and lead the team in a consistent and professional manner. Additionally, you will also offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives while developing knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues, products, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities - What you\'ll do
These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role:
Deliver sales targets and meet KPI\'s through the management of a mixed portfolio of new business and existing clients.
Proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under leveraged sources.
Actively source opportunities through multiple avenues including research and networking.
Implement strategic account management and key account planning programs; Engage in an open dialogue with Dynata\xe2\x80\x99s strategic clients through meetings and annual relationship surveys
Prepare a wide range of written proposals including full costing quotations.
Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives.
Support the implementation of marketing programs, new product rollouts and other initiatives.
Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues, products, and solutions
Ability to offer accurate forecasting for the business at a weekly/quarterly basis
Maintain strong Industry presence and represent the company at events, roadshows etc.
Key Requirements - What you\'ll bring
A successful track record in Sales including business development, ideally within a consultative environment
Prior management experience and the ability to do business plans
Strong academic background & 10+ years of professional work experience
An understanding of the online marketing Research industry (preferable but not essential)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively prioritizing tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
