We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered Financial Services Group to appoint a Payroll & Benefits Specialist into their Human Resources (HR) team. They pride themselves on devising bespoke solutions tailored to their clients specific goals and expectations, primarily through blending investment portfolios with personal values so as to derive the largest and most meaningful returns. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.Reporting into the HR Shared Services Lead for Singapore, the incoming will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as the effective administration of employee benefits programs, operationalised through their HR Information Systems. This includes but is not limited to the following:Responding to queries and resolving discrepancies on all related topics
- Administer and process payroll for all employees inhouse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other company-sponsored benefits
- Maintain the HR Information Systems (HRIS) through collaborating with Group and regional team
- Assist in the development and communication of related HR policies and procedures
- Participate in Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and other HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll, benefits administration, HRIS and to raise overall employee satisfactionIdeally, the incoming should come with the requisite Payroll and Benefits skills as part of a HR Shared Services (HRSS) team either currently or previously.
