Since its inception two decades ago, they have been profitable and paying dividends every year which speaks well of business stability and a strong leadership team. To further such performance, our client is seeking a Country Payroll & HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist (circa. $78k total package) to take ownership and develop both functions as the Human Resources (HR) team continues to develop its capabilities. This role will be based in Singapore.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the successful individual will helm end-to-end processes for the Payroll and HRIS functions. On the former, you will process payroll inhouse for a workforce size of around 400 employees. On the latter, you will serve as the superuser of the Info-Tech HRMS. This means ensuring data quality and integrity, raising literacy rates and designing HRIS roadmaps. In sum, you are the Subject Matter Expert who is both strategic and hands-on.
This role will undoubtedly require candidates who are familiar with the Payroll and HRIS specialisms (ideally Info-Tech). Aside from possessing the requite knowledge and skills, you must have the tenacity to develop both functions for the long-term, especially to move all processes digitally and online.
