Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist with a minimum of 3 years experiences in Workday to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the implementation of Workday projects across our overseas locations. Your primary responsibility will be to support the successful deployment of Workday HCM modules and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Workday Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of Workday HCM modules for overseas locations, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and business requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with local HR teams and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the Workday implementation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs.
  • Configuration and Customization: Work closely with vendor to align and understand the configurations for Workday modules based on business requirements, including data migration, security settings, business process workflows, and integrations with other systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and integrity of the implemented Workday modules.
  • Data Management: Involve the data migration and transformation of HR data from legacy systems into Workday, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams in overseas locations, enabling them to effectively utilize Workday modules and resolve any system-related issues.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth adoption and transition to the new HRIS system, addressing user concerns, and facilitating organizational change.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate regular reports and analytics to monitor system performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  • System Enhancements: Stay updated with the latest Workday releases, features, and best practices. Propose and implement system enhancements and optimizations to improve HR processes and user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HRIS, including hands-on experience in system implementation and configuration. Those with more years of experience will be considered for a senior position.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including employee lifecycle management, compensation, time off, expense and talent management.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Workday modules in a global environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday configuration, report writing, data conversion, and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in change management and training end-users on new system functionalities.
  • Relevant certifications in Workday HRIS or other related HR systems will be an advantage.
