To date, NTUC LearningHub has helped over 21,000 organisations and achieved over 2.4 million training places across more than 500 courses with a pool of over 400 certified trainers as a Total Learning Solutions.:

• Outreach and engage people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• Propose suitable training solutions to a range of prospective leads via various channels (social media, website live chats, outbound campaigns, special events, etc.)
• Actively maintain business growth and maximize potential of prospective leads
• Build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one's sales portfolio

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales/marketing working experience.
• A keen learner and have a quest for life-long learning
• Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (social media, branches, corporate events, contact centre, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal & external stakeholders
• Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to commit weekends if required

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
