To date, NTUC LearningHub has helped over 21,000 organisations and achieved over 2.4 million training places across more than 500 courses with a pool of over 400 certified trainers as a Total Learning Solutions. : Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries Engage people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations Propose suitable training solutions to a range of prospective leads via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, etc.) Actively maintain business growth and maximize potential of prospective leads Build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one's sales portfolio Sales Target and Sales KPI will be given Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales working experience preferably in a Call Centre environment. A keen learner and have a quest for life-long learning Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (call-center, virtual sessions, live chats, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal & external stakeholders Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Able to commit weekends if required Working Location: Jurong East Able to commit weekends (5.5 days, Saturday Rotating)
