Various project sites across Singapore (report to Boon Lay office or directly to site as assigned)

Working Hours:

5.5 days per week

Salary Range:

Basic Up to SGD 4,000 + OT + AWS + Allowance // Gross Up to SGD 6,000 Additional Benefits: AWS, monthly meal allowance of SGD 180, and lunch provided

1. Key Purpose of the Role

Operate

crawler cranes

equipped with mechanical or hydraulic grab attachments to support excavation, trenching, and material handling works on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

2. Responsibilities

------------------------

Operate crawler cranes with grab attachments (mechanical or hydraulic) for lifting, excavation, trenching, and material handling. Execute site excavation works and soil removal in accordance with project requirements. Conduct daily pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Coordinate with lifting supervisors, site engineers, and safety teams to ensure smooth and safe operations. Maintain accurate operational logs, checklists, and inspection records. Report equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly to the maintenance team. Support general site activities when the machine is not in operation. Strictly adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental (WSH) regulations.

3. Requirements

Valid

Grab Machine Operator Certificate

recognised in Singapore, Candidates with valid

Crawler Crane Operator Licence

will be highly preferred. Must be able to operate:

Mechanical Grab:

HS855, HS8100 (Liebherr)

Hydraulic Grab:

GB60 (Bauer) Good knowledge of safe lifting and excavation practices. Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment. Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work well with site teams.
