Operate crawler cranes to lift, move, position, and place equipment or materials as per site requirements for civil engineering projects.
Perform pre-operation checks, daily inspections, and routine maintenance of crane equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Interpret load charts, lifting plans, and job orders accurately to execute lifting tasks safely.
Coordinate closely with riggers, signalmen, and lifting supervisors to ensure safe and compliant lifting operations.
Adhere to all
Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
regulations, company safety policies, and site safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and maintenance logs.
Report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational irregularities to the site supervisor immediately.
Support site teams to meet project timelines and operational goals.
Requirements:
Possess a valid
MOM Crawler Crane Operator Licence
.
Knowledge of
lifting plans, load charts
, and safe lifting procedures.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors.
