About You
We are looking to recruit a Creative & Culture Manger into our Asia Innovation team who will be responsible for ideating breakthrough creative concepts across the agenda, to be launched globally

Innovation is the strategic growth engine that drives Diageo APAC, delivering circa 63% of growth around the region.
About the Role
This role is to strategise where to innovate, and design the concepts that will disrupt the way we innovate across APAC and the World through strategic framing, first hand concept and design creation
1. Consumer and Cultural Insight :
Familiar with consumer research techniques (qualitative, quantitative and ethnographic) and be able to translate findings into compelling insights that inspire creative. Have an instinct for cultural shifts and an interest in trends beyond the category, with the ability to draw connections and uncover cultural white spaces (occasions, partnerships, events) that may become innovation opportunities.
2. Concept Scoping & Writing :
To methodically and rationally scope out product or experience creative spaces drawn from consumer insight and facilitate idea development within these. Work closely with Innovation Managers to ensure ideas are communicated through imagery and copy with flair that is rooted in brand truth and differentiated from competitors.
3. Agency Relationship Management :
The ability to collaborate and work in close partnership with incumbent brand agencies as well as be able to recommend new talent and local agencies when required. Have an understanding of agency processes, talent required for the projects and fair costs attached.
4. Design/Creative Briefing & Review :
Develop clear briefs and deliver them in an inspiration way to excite creative talent. Have a keen eye for detail, especially for reviewing design. Be able to think holistically and strategically when reviewing work in order to be able to draw together work from different creative disciplines to make a cohesive whole.
5. Brand Copywriting :
Have a talent for using language to communicate unique tones of voices for brand definition materials (brand wheel, manifesto, brand roots), communication and packaging copy.
