The Creative Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing multi-channel tactical digital marketing campaigns, generating enquiries from multiple target segments for Lorna Whiston Sch The Creative Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing multi-channel tactical digital marketing campaigns, generating enquiries from multiple target segments for Lorna Whiston Schools. This is a role with a high level of accountability and the key measures of success will be the number of new enquiries generated and the efficiency of the marketing spend (ROI). The key job responsibilities is as follows: Responsible for: Creating, improving and maintaining content on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) Ensuring websites are user-friendly with updated content Copywriting for social media posts, marketing collaterals, landing pages, websites and generating content for google ads Planning and developing website content, style and layout in collaboration with Head of Marketing Using content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics whilst understanding content optimization (e.g. SEO) for websites and social media platforms Staying up-to-date with developments/ current trends and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention Working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc. Creating social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with Head of Marketing Providing regular reports on social media performance, marketing content and campaigns Using HubSpot to manage various campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, creation and updating of workflows and content used in our email sends. Skills needed: At least 3 years of proven relevant working experience in digital marketing Diploma / Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Arts, Humanities or equivalent qualification Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritise tasks Be extremely detail oriented Be knowledgeable of SEO and web traffic metrics Competent with AB testing Excellent oral and written skills in English Experience executing paid campaigns/ social media campaigns Full understanding of all social media platforms Think out of the box and use creative thinking to problem solve Ability to multi-task when working on various projects at the same time Ability to execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
