The role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Creative Director to join our growing MOI team in Singapore. This exciting senior role is a great opportunity for a talented and passionate creative to work with some of the world\'s leading technology brands. The role demands strategic thinking and industry-leading creative skills to create powerful ideas for our B2B tech clients.

Reporting to MOIs SVP of Ideas and Innovation, the Creative Director will be responsible for managing a growing international team of creatives across APAC, EMEA and NAM. The ideal candidate will empower creativity and Turning Heads thinking across the agency globally, and ensure all creative output is delivered to clients to the highest of standards.

This person will be assigned to our flagship Singapore office where they will be expected to work at least 2 days a week in the office.

What you\'ll do:

• Collaborate and lead a team of copywriters, designers, art directors and video specialists to generate concepts that meet and exceed the requirements of the creative brief.
• Work closely with strategy and planning teams to formulate big ideas founded on research and intelligence.
• Take time to conceptualise creative concepts and produce scamps/creative briefs for your team of creatives to execute the vision.
• Ensure creative output across all formats (Print, Audio, Social, Email, Web, Experiential, PR, and Direct) is delivered to the highest of standards.
• Champion MOIs Turning Heads methodology to produce creative concepts that aren\'t so B2B, and empower every MOIer globally to onboard creative thinking.
• Plan for pitches and deliver presentations to project team members, senior creatives and our clients \xe2\x80\x93 making sure delivery is best-in-class.
• Work closely with the internal marketing team and SMT to have a say in how we drive the internal MOI brand forward.

What you\'ll need:

• 8-10 years agency experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a senior creative with management responsibilities.
• A strong portfolio with successfully launched client projects (preferably in tech).
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, specifically slide master, to create decks and templates.
• Proven team management skills. This person must have the ability to lead a team of creatives.
• Proven business and commercial acumen.
• A strong eye for detail \xe2\x80\x93 the Creative Director is responsible for ensuring all creative output is proof checked and delivered to the highest of standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Other information:

Salary: Competitive. This can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

Office location: Singapore (at least 2 days a week)
