Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conceptualize visually compelling artwork for use in creative proposals, direct mail campaigns, and product brochures.
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines across all collateral materials.
  • Function as a versatile creative professional, skilled in both print and web design, proficient on both PC and Mac platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and media partners to procure, design, approve, and deploy artwork necessary for the seamless execution of our Create and PlayLive! service brands.
  • Design and create effective out-of-home (OOH) media advertisements that align with clients\' marketing objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on corporate identity, design standards, and advertising campaign strategies.
  • Set the creative tone and identity, overseeing the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the growth and success of our service brands, aligning with the 4Ps and established benchmarks.
  • Become a subject matter expert on your product family, taking full ownership and driving its success.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with suppliers and content providers to streamline artwork acquisition workflows and ensure top-notch quality.
  • Lead product innovation by generating new ideas, shepherding them through the entire life cycle process from inception to discontinuation.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 5 years of proven track record of creativity and leadership in a sales and marketing context.
  • Proficiency in both print and web design, adept at working on PC and Mac platforms.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and execution of initiatives, with a strong focus on understanding and communicating their commercial impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of design and lifestyle trends, with an extensive network within the market and design industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both in articulating strategic initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Ability to balance independent decision-making with a dedication to collaborative teamwork.
  • Well-versed in Print, Web, Video production techniques. Experience in Web3 technologies will be an added advantage.
