Basic $2,500 - $3,500 (Depends on Experience) Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.45pm AWS + Performance Bonus (avg. 2 months) + Quarterly Incentives Company Transport: Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT Job Responsibilities Ensuring that all overdue payments are promptly paid by customers Investigate and resolve discrepancies of invoices Credit evaluation and analysis for new customers and regular credit review Conduct aged balance review with HOD and follow up review actions Prepare and send monthly statements of account & reminder letter to customers Report and alert any exceptional and problematic customers and apply appropriate actions to minimize bad debt Liaise closely with Internal & External customers Customer accounts - ensure that accounts and cash are accurately applied and billed Process of inter-companies billing and facilitate reconciliation of inter-companies' balances Job Requirements Diploma in Accounts or equivalent Min. 3 years of experience in credit control Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry would be an added advantage Excellent command of Microsoft Office & Excel For consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking 'APPLY NOW' or WhatsApp +65 9759 6862 for confidential discussion. .Only shortlisted candidates would be notified..
