Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Credit Controller/ Credit Control Executive
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary: Up to $3500 + Fixed transport allowance $120 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.
- Primarily managing debt collection from clients.
- Setting up the terms of credit and accounts for new clients.
- Applying and managing credit insurance for eligible clients.
- Responding to client inquiries, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Liaising with clients and the sales team.
- Liaising with the legal adviser on any client-related legal matters.
- Preparing statements of accounts for clients.
- Weekly reporting to management on the status of outstanding accounts.
- Month-end Closing reports.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the company's management from time to time
- At least Nitec with 1 year of related working experience in handling debt collection.
- Must possess accounting knowledge.
