Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Credit Controller/ Credit Control Executive Working Location: Jurong East Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 9 AM-6 PM) Salary: Up to $3500 + Fixed transport allowance $120 + AWS Duration: Permanent RoleResponsibilities Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks. Primarily managing debt collection from clients. Setting up the terms of credit and accounts for new clients. Applying and managing credit insurance for eligible clients. Responding to client inquiries, and resolving billing discrepancies. Liaising with clients and the sales team. Liaising with the legal adviser on any client-related legal matters. Preparing statements of accounts for clients. Weekly reporting to management on the status of outstanding accounts. Month-end Closing reports.
