Job Description
Our client is a reputable Financial Institution, due to business expansion, they are looking for a Credit Risk Manager with experience in SME lending to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Approving corporate loans, conducting on-site due diligence for loan operations, overseeing end-to-end loan inspections, managing overdue debt collection
- Enhancing the company\'s risk management system and refining business processes
- Providing training on the firm\'s risk control system, organising regular risk control meetings to enhance the system
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders in devising contingency plans for crisis management, and implementing solutions
- Preparing and submitting Risk & Position reports with recommendations, while ensuring that the firm\'s risk exposures are within specified limits
- Ensuring firm\'s compliance with government regulations, and fostering improved performance in the Sales team
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- At least 5-8 years\' relevant credit risk experience in unsecured loans
- Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
