In this role, you will be assisting with all payroll related matters pertaining to seafarers onboard Singapore and non-Singapore flag vessels.We are looking for someone with an eye for detail with good analytical mind and sensitive with numbers.Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Check payments and deductions
• Administer monthly accounts through internal system modules
• Liaise with agencies\' network for all clarifications and discrepancies
• Assist with manual entries of payroll components
• Assist the payroll tem with any other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of payroll preparation and processing
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel in particular i.e. vlookup and pivot table)
• Good communication skils, including written and oral English
• Must be meticulous with high sense of compliance and organisation.
