1?Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's ship crew recruitment planto ensure recruitment efficiency and crew quality.


2?Coordinating crew deployment and shift change plans to guarantee shift change efficiency.


3?Handling support work for crew salary accounting and welfare distribution to maintain stable crew relationships.


4?Establishing an international crew training system and formulating relevant annual training plans, including pre-job training, on-the-job training, safety emergency training, and certificate renewal training.


5?Establishing a crew certificate management ledger, tracking the validity periods of various certificates such as competency certificates, professional qualification certificates, and healthcertificates to ensure all certificates are legal and valid.


6?Completing other comprehensive administrative tasks assigned by leaders (such as cooperating with the human resources and financial basic work of the headquarters, etc.)

Job Requirements:

1?A bachelor's degree or above in maritime, management, orrelated majors; those holding senior crew competency certificates such as captain or chief engineer are preferred.


2?More than 3 years of relevant work experience in international ship crew management,including at least 2 years of team management experience; those with crew management experience in oil & chemical tankers or with oil & chemical crew resources are preferred.


3?Proficient in the full process management of international crew recruitment, training, and certificates, and with the ability in crew salary design and cost control.


4?Excellent English listening and speaking skills, able to proficiently carry out cross-cultural communication as the working language, and adaptable to regular business trips.


5?Strong organizational and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, a high sense ofresponsibility and safety awareness, and good professional ethics and team cooperation spirit.
