Connect Energy partners with a renewable and marine company to look for CREWING EXECUTIVE to join their team in Singapore on permanent basis.Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening and select qualified candidates for varioiu positions complying to regulatory requirements governing company\'s vessels.
• Coordinate with recruiting agencies, maritime schools and online platform to attract potential candidates.
• Ensuring all required documentations, including passports, visa, travel arrangement, medical certificates, and licenses, are complete and up to date for recruited personnel
• Managing compliance with international maritime regulations, industry standards and company policies related to crewing and recruitment processes.
• To plan, coordinate and execute deployment and personnel change for Company\'s vessels, repatriation, welfare and addressing concerns as they arise.
• coordinate training / courses, maintain accurate records, documentations, certification, training records
• Work closely with hiring personnel on all recruitment needs
• Conduct interviews, onboarding & offboarding processes, Handle all MOM related matters, perform full payroll cycle, leave management expense claim management, Submission, tax filing,
• Working closely with another executive to accomplish the above
• SME set up. Start up environment with room to grow.
• Small group now.

• Minimum 8 years experience as crewing executive
• able to do rostering for crew change
• Willing to work within Jurong East vicinity
