The Company is the first wholesaler and retailer of alternative gourmet, organic, allergen and preservative free specialty foods in Singapore. Products and services offered include full comprehensive range of organic meat (beef, lamb and chicken), full comprehensive range of free-range meat (beef, lamb, pork and game meat), value added meat products alongside gluten-free pastries, superfood, sauces and condiments. The company provides a broad range of food services, from customization of small goods like sausages, meat patties, meatballs, meat platters and meat marination, to comprehensive development of gluten free menus for acclaimed restaurants and hotels in Singapore. We currently supply to shops, cafes, restaurants, and hotels throughout Singapore. Our client is a fast-growing company who is always on the lookout for like-minded talents to help drive the company forward to be the supplier of choice in Singapore and in the region. Responsibilities: Coordinate project timeline and implementation of the CRM system (Unleashed Software) Providing general IT Support (configuration of email, shared drive) Provide general Administrative work to HR & Finance teams Handle quotation and sourcing which may include negotiating material costs and delivery terms. Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time Requirements: . Able to commit and participate in all charity activities held during weekends . Must possess basic IT or computer knowledge . Has related experience in administration roles and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines . Ability to work under stress, multi-tasking, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills . A committed and responsible team player, detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, independent .
