This role will be working closely alongside the Marketing team to manage all the inbound enquires regarding the organization\'s businesses, including through social media, email, google platforms. This role may be required to be out for events for simple on-ground operations and surveying. The main objective of the role is aimed at Customer Retention and to improve Customer Satisfaction.

Adecco is partnering with one of Japan\'s largest transportation, lifestyle and F&B company, and they are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join their team!

The Job

  • Support the growth and development of CRM initiatives across all customer channels (i.e. Email Enquiry, Social Media Platforms, Google Business Page etc).
  • Main contact point for all customer channels (Responding to enquiries, complaints, feedbacks).
  • Liaison with logistics and fulfilment partner to check on order fulfilment status with regards to clarification of customer inquiries.
  • Proactively engage the community across all customer channels to drive positive brand affinity towards the respective business.
  • In-charge of customer engagement initiatives (i.e. Tasting event, Customer engagement activation etc), including execution and optimisation of the programmes.
  • Facilitate monthly customer feedback survey to gather actionable insights on the seasonal offerings.
  • Gather customer insights and make recommendations to improve performance and customers\' engagements, uncover opportunities and gaps in the customer lifecycle, for internal sharing with relevant teams.

The Talent
  • Minimum graduate-diploma holder in relevant diploma studies with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a customer facing/customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working and communicating directly with stakeholders and partners.
  • Customer First Spirit - Good understanding of customer\'s wants and needs.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to work under a time-sensitive environment.
  • A team player who is comfortable to step outside of his/her jobscope.
