About the Marketing team
As an Omnichannel retail company, our success heavily relies on our ability to effectively describe and market our products to potential customers by crafting compelling communication that helps us drive sales and grow our brand. The key responsibilities of team members include understanding our customers to create content and communication that will resonate with them, while also focusing on the features and benefits of our products that set them apart from competitors. Our content is designed to ensure we communicate how our products can solve problems or improve the lives of our customers.
The CRM team focuses on strong data and analytical approach to thinking to arrive at decisions and measure the success of campaigns. This involves analysing customer behaviour, market trends, and other metrics to understand what works and what doesn\'t. Also effectively collaborate with other departments, vendors, and customers and clearly articulate ideas and goals and build relationships with stakeholders.
This role is based in Singapore with a focus on Singapore market reporting currently to the Country SVP
What your responsibilities will be
Creating end to end CRM campaign execution strategy for all, plan, design, process, QA & ROI reporting
CRM Channel campaign planning for - Email, Whatsapp, SMS, Browser Notifications
Track end to end communication performance for all channels, attribute it to business KPIs and draw revenue impacting conclusions
To create and track distinct Customer/ Lead cohorts to run high-quality drip campaigns to achieve the OKR defined revenue target.
Manage and fill the routine CRM campaign tracker to continuously monitor the progress against the defined OKR
Coordinate with product, brand and technology teams for content
Manage and develop a small team to help execute and deliver on the set goals
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
4 - 6 years of experience in a high growth retail or ecommerce industry having done a similar role
Team / project management experience
In-depth knowledge of CRM tools like Omnisend, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, Braze etc.
Strong campaign execution on any two : Email, Push notifications, Whatsapp, SMS
Strong data driven approach for campaign management with focus on ROI and performance.
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools Google Analytics, Omniture
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of customer data and use segmentation, attribution technique to do intelligent tar-getting.
Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the Singapore market is a must
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to any BI and data visualization tools
Knowledge of project management
