About the role
Sleek is hiring for a Global CRM Lead to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer engagement through a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The role will have direct ownership of Lead Management & scoring globally, with the objective to increase marketing & sales effectiveness. It will also develop lifecycle management strategies, to drive revenue growth of existing customers.
The role reports directly to Sleek\xe2\x80\x99s Chief Revenue Officer, and will work closely with the Global Sales, eCommerce & Global Brand leads to identify opportunities and develop campaigns targeting customers at all stages of their journey.
The ideal candidate is a HubSpot ninja. You are highly analytical, data-driven & believe in the scientific method. You are extremely customer-focused and always apply good sense & business acumen to check on your decisions. You excel in a dynamic environment, and effectively collaborate across multicultural teams.
