Details of the Division and Team:

The Group Strategic Analytics team delivers analytics and applications that solve quantitative problems for businesses across Deutsche Bank Investment Bank. The design, specification and implementation are the responsibilities of Strats in close partnership with Trading, Sales, Middle Office and Technology groups.

Core team is focused on delivering a highly scalable asset-agnostic risk valuation system framework for business aligned desk strats to resolve trading and regulatory problems. Solutions to these are all implemented in this in-house strategic platform

Your key responsibilities:

Contribute to the core risk platform in the GEM and APAC region and the globally aligned requirement, both in project managing and in creating new functions to resolve issues or enhance existing features, with emphasis on trading risk reporting, funding

Foster best practice in harmonizing APAC/GEM and global Core Rates approach to adopt new core risk platform from initial adoption to continuous process refinement

Working in partnership with Trading, Structuring, Technology and control functions to drive the build-out of the core risk valuation trading platform in the whole chain of front-to-back risk management process

Document design decisions, components, and keep the knowledge base

Maintain high automation of solutions Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Ensure design and implementation are future-friendly, by executing best practices and technology rules

Your skills and experience:

Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in a financial institution, professional services or bank covering risk management, P&L, or financial analytics

Proven experience in facilitating and consulting with multiple stakeholders on existing and new projects not limited to planning, budget, project documentation, controlling and monitor progress

Proven programming experience with Python

Proven experience of project management/workflow management skills within a financial institution

Strong communication skills allowing for direct communication with desk strats, trading desks and support functions globally, both written and verbally

Good understanding of Rates, FX and Credit business, markets, funding, cash and risk management

Highly motivated with a keen willingness to learn, take on new challenges and deliver complete solution to production usage

Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, math or finance

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
