Position
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join a IT team in charge of Client Referential, Compliance, Risk or Finance.
The team handles the development of transversal and international projects.

Main responsibilities
Responsible for the functional knowledge

• Write User stories/detailed specifications in line with the list of requirements provided
• Liaise with business for clarification and understanding of requirements
• Manage workshops with business to challenge the needs or explain new solutions
• Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints with technical lead's help
• Explain and Work closely with the developers for the implementation of change/evolutions

Responsible for the functional testing of development

• Create tests and define tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Others Business Analysts
• Define the use cases to manage regarding the impact on business of new requirements
• Conduct continuous testing in development environment for development monitoring

Involved in support of application for functional incident

• 3rd level support work on request escalated from level 2
• Reproduce, make first analysis and investigate verifying data on DB or GUI
• Analyze and/or solve functional problems in coordination with developers

Qualifications and Profile

• Min 2 years of business analyst experience
• Hands on testing process (writing, executing and monitoring test)
• Strong analytic skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and result oriented
• Sense of commitment
• Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle
• Exposure on Agile and Waterfall project methodology
• Capable to effectively interact with Business team
• Capable to effectively interact with Technical team
• Team spirit - Like to explain and share knowledge
• Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Functional

• Financial/banking industry knowledge
• Having experience on Agile project process is a plus

Technical

• SQL (strong plus)
• Experience on API testing (Strong plus)
