Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a global function within Citi that has as its mission to protect the employees, assets, information, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering industry-leading professional security services, and independent investigations to all of Citi\'s businesses globally, and by partnering with our internal business colleagues, law enforcement agencies, and the industry externally.

The domain to be covered consists of several clusters, with 55 countries in Europe, UK and Middle East & Africa and 18 countries in Asia South and Asia North & Australia, each with their own local policies and regulations which are complex and requires in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements.

The position focuses on the management of all technology related matters related to our core functions (Security, Investigations, Intelligence and Crisis Management) addressing the key aspects such as remediation of systems\' vulnerabilities, server/database consolidation, system maintenance and ensuring physical system support at all times. You will act as the main point of contact for all security technology related activities and work closely with Global Technology Management and other key CSIS and Citi stakeholders.

You will be responsible for seeking improvement in methodologies used or/and creating new solutions - based on subject matter expertise in identifying areas of operational efficiencies for the company. You will s upport the development of key security technologies to enhance the capabilities of CSIS teams, including Security, Investigations, Global Intelligence & Analysis (GIA), Crisis Management and Executive Protection.

We\'re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, CSIS Technology Manager - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: CSIS Security Group Manager - C14) based in Singapore. In this role, you\'re expected to:

Manage and support all security access control and surveillance systems in compliant way:
  • Provide production support to access control systems.
  • Ensure compliance of access control system with Citi IT policies and standards.
  • Assist the Information Security Officer and the Risk and Control team.
  • Work as CSIS/security representative in projects with Security Engineering [formerly CATE( Citi Architecture & Technology Engineering ) ] on bringing in access control software to compatibility with Citi network specifications.
  • Support in-country based security managers in connecting security systems to Citi network, including management of firewall rules, interaction with global and cluster network teams.
  • Contribute to the design of tech rooms from CSIS perspective during new projects.
  • Be the subject matter expert for all access control products.
  • Ensure system admin support to CSIS internal systems.
  • Assist security system consolidation, remediation and standardization projects.
Assist Security managers with daily technology execution:
  • Provide in person guidance and update on technology related queries.
  • Create and deliver briefing content for CSIS user groups.
Coordinate the security technology needs and requirements, represent the covered geographies on the global forums.
  • Assist technology changes and projects.
Be the main point of contact between CSIS functions and CSIS Global Technology team for all CSIS products/equipment used in Security, Investigations, GIA and Crisis Management organizations, such as: Case Management System (CMS), Global Security Management System (GSMS) and Honeywell ProWatch (Access control systems for Security).
  • To have the knowledge to be able to transfer/translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Test system functionalities.
  • Maintain/oversight system related changes if needed, have the understanding of a change request - its implementation complexities, resource need, applicability of a request, etc.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you\'d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience in working in an International Team environment desired.
  • Experience with software implementation and maintenance is favorable.
Skills

Basic knowledge/experience in the following areas is required:
  • Understanding of network design techniques [intranet, LAN (Local Area Network) , VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) etc.]
  • Database management basics
  • Information and Data Security experience
  • Identity and Access management knowledge
  • Change management knowledge.
  • Basic project management knowledge/certification
  • Affinity for new technology implementation
The below listed knowledge/experience is preferable but not required:
  • Enhanced Database management experience like proficient in T (Transact)-SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle, SAS (Statistical Analysis System) , Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects WebI (Web Intelligence) , Universe designer.
  • Microsoft SharePoint management and development.
  • Various scripting and development languages like Java, VB (Virtual Basic).net , HTML5 (Hypertext Markup Language 5) , C#, Python, Java Scripting or Flex
  • Access Control, Surveillance or Biometric system experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum associate degree is required.
  • Proven work history of three years with the listed technical skills.
  • Certifications in the listed skills desired, but not required, Additional certifications or experience in Project Management strongly desired.
