Job Description

This role will focus on managing inquiries received from the company's official website, 1800 inbound line, and/or social media platform.What your responsibilities are:

  • Your role will provide customer satisfaction and adequate and informative solutions via all channels of communication
  • Respond to all questions regarding business enquiries from all clients who are interested to avail of our products and solutions, account and technical concerns, and all other general questions across all regions
  • Provide full range of customer service to all clients by phone or email. Full range of customer service includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls. The offered customer interaction should be of highest quality, accurate, polite, and competent
  • Action open tickets via Web Chat or the internal ticketing system
  • Generate sales leads from inquiries and interested customers
  • Ensure that all communications with prospects and clients are documented in the CRM
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand
  • Be receptive to feedback and coaching from Team Leaders and other customer service representatives. Listen, ask questions, and enthusiastically implement the tools given to improve the quality of your work
  • Meet, and exceed targets set by your operations for different clients/projects
  • Propose ideas for continuous improvement
  • Be actively involved in problem solving and propose improvements to processes

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • 2 years or more of customer service experience. Candidates with at least a level 2 customer service experience will be prioritized
  • Computer and tech savvy
  • Demonstrate great attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to empathize and connect with the customer
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrate the grit to be part of a growing team and recognizes opportunities to move up and contribute to a bigger role later on
  • Ability to work and be motivated independently
  • Proactive problem-solver with a great sense of urgency and follow through
  • Willingness to work on a night shift and/or shifting schedule
  • Experience with using Salesforce and other CRM is an advantage
