Established since 1997, our experience ranges from institutional catering - providing 50,000 meals a day for Fortune 500 clients in the past – to the present revolutionary food innovation and automation as evidenced by iKook and Roost. The opening of Roost at Resorts World Sentosa is an important milestone for Stamfles. As our flagship outlet, Roost at RWS will be a showcase for our international expansion. As a Culinary Executive, you will be trained in all aspects of running a QSR outlet and be familiar with our system and process. You will be responsible to manage and ensure efficient functioning of day-to-day operations at Roost. A self-motivated individual who has high emotional quotient and can thrive in a start-up environment and perform under stress would be most suited.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist manager for the smooth operations of the kitchen.

• Assist implementation of processes and guidelines in the kitchen.

• Monitor and manage quality of ingredients and food supplies.

• Monitor and manage inventory level of ingredients and food supplies, ensuring there is sufficient to fulfil food orders and yet not to overstock, taking into consideration storage space and food wastage.

• Conduct final checks on finished product to ensure food quality and presentation are in accordance to specifications.

• Assist in overseeing workflow at various work stations to ensure that processes adhere strictly to SOP.

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with all food safety procedures and guidelines are strictly adhered.

• Manage food/ingredients usage and consumption to minimise food wastage.
