CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM SALES

Working days: 5.5 days per week
Working hours: 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm from Mondays \xe2\x80\x93 Fridays with 1 hour lunch break
9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 1.00pm on Saturdays
Working location: Ang Mo Kio
Job scope:
- Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiate deals/close deals, and handle complaints or objections on Tenancy or Lease issues.
- Actively Seek out new sales opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media on our Business Rental Services.
- Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities
- To generate Sales Reports
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
