\xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Service Officer\xe2\x80\x9d (Recreation Hospitality Industry) Cheerful Personality, Creative, Customer Service Orientated, and Goal-Orientated / Good PC Skills Working Schedule : 06:45am to 04:00pm / 10:45am to 08:00pm / 01:45pm to 11:00pm 5 day work, 2 day off. Staff transport provided at Bedok (6:30am only) and Tanah Merah MRT stations For those who lives near Paya Lebar / Eunos / Bedok / Changi / Tampines / Simei / Loyang / Pasir Ris. MAIN JOB-DUTY
- Handled booking of SPORTS SLOTS
- Maintain a control record of credits transfer for Sports Events
- To operate & monitor System Tablet and simple troubleshooting of the device, report on Facility Card System, if it is not functioning.
- Ensure all Transactions and Cash are accounted and submitted to Finance Department
- Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift / day
- Monitor and ensure Facilities are clean and in good condition.
- Coordinate in conjunction with the Supervisor on all Promotional Activities / Events
- Recommend Sales Promotion and other Activities to Members
- Ensure that ISO Quality Procedures are compiled with
