We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Acquisition, Senior Vice President. Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer leads acquisition strategy, and implement best-in-class practices across all aspects of the leads funnel
  • Actively manage the funnel performance by leveraging on a data-first approach
  • Understand drop off points from the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to improve performance
  • Work with key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Distribution) on delivering against funnel needs, conversions, customer experience, and overall acquisition efforts
  • Implement and measure creative lead-generation campaigns to maximize channel performance across acquisition and cross-sell
  • Develop creative ideas for lead magnets and/or promotional campaign mechanisms that appeal to target customers
  • Utilize an integrated mix of online and offline channels that include digital, email, social media, events, content marketing, affiliate/referral and localized outreach campaigns to meet monthly lead generation targets
  • Responsible for maintaining monthly calendar of all lead generation campaigns and programmes, tracking report on lead generation performance metrics
  • Use marketing automation techniques to automate processes, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Deliver key insights to business partners to continue to grow current and new sources of leads

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in driving lead generation and nurturing campaigns
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience at marketing leadership / managerial position with proven track record building high performing team
  • Deep understanding of financial services customers journey and financial services products
  • Good understanding of financial services rules regulation related to product promotion, advertisement; appreciate compliance requirements and processes with hands-on experience in creating content / collaterals and manage the end-to-end approval process
  • Data driven and result oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills; high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in campaign budgeting and metrics tracking, measurement and reporting
  • Understanding of buyer psychology and marketing strategies to maximize lead generation outcomes and eventual sales conversion
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to influence, manage and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • People manager and team player
  • Be energetic, versatile and be constantly ready to accept to perform duties beyond stated scope
