Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Customer Analytics. Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering best-in-class data enabled and insight enriched customer life cycle management program to enable HSBC be the primary bank of choice for financial relationships
  • Develop, document, implement, measure and maintain analytical models in support of CLCM (Customer Lifecycle Management) targeting, customer contact, product pricing and other project specific models for the Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) business
  • Analytically design & develop Customer Lifecycle Management (CLCM) strategies, work with partner functions to operationalize execution, measure efficacy and drive optimization
  • In partnership with Customer International & Marketing teams, drive customer acquisition, especially digital acquisition, international bilateral corridor referrals and deliver on marketing effectiveness goals

  • Minimum of eight years proven and progressive Data & Analytic experience across Data Science / Analytic Modelling, Data Management, Business Intelligence or CLCM analytic strategy development, execution and measurement
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Operational Research, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent demonstrable work experience
  • Proven business translator skills and experience in delivering critical insights to drive & influence business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity and ability to problem solve using data
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively, including with Executive level business stakeholders
