Job Responsibilities
You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team at the heart of the new UOB Digital Bank that is innovating the way the customers engage with the bank through the most personalized experience possible.
We are looking for an individual to help us manage the new generation of lending products for the Digital Bank that is focused on the customer and engagement. You will be the key liaison for the countries in our footprint and responsible for business performance tracking as well as product development/management.

  • Drive the digital lending acquisition and portfolio growth in collaboration with Group and Country product, sales, marketing, partnership and credit teams
o Co-create and execute on the acquisition strategy, balancing between scale and quality customers whilst lower the cost of acquisition
o Co-create and execute new digital first product value propositions, pricing strategies, partnership opportunities to further scale and uplift revenue
o Collaborate with credit risk teams to optimize the risk strategy to increase funnel conversion for new to bank and existing to bank customers
o Work with onboarding, transact and serve build teams to design and develop best in class journey and experience for digital lending products
  • Drive and manage all product performance metrics for unsecured lending products with the respective countries
  • Provide insights into areas of underperformance and propose corrective actions
  • Stakeholder management, ability to influence products and functions and operate effectively at all levels in a collaborative manner
  • Ensure compliance in product governance and with regulatory requirements in designing product distribution process
  • Work closely with Country and Regional stakeholders on appropriate operational procedures for products, services and systems
  • Work closely with the Group and Country Product, Onboarding, Serve & Transact, Technology, Testing and project management office to execute the enhancements in the most efficient, highest quality and on time delivery.
  • Keep abreast with market updates to ensure product relevancy
Job Requirements
  • At least 12+ years experience in product and portfolio management with demonstrated track record of managing both country and regional portfolio for credit cards and unsecured loan products
  • Good knowledge and appreciation of the challenges and opportunities of running a digital lending business with strong awareness of emerging innovation
  • Thought leadership, experience and knowledge of digital lending & new product solutions, e.g. "Buy Now Pay Later"
  • Demonstrated track record of having worked on large, strategic cross-functional projects and proven ability to take ownership and drive output independently.
  • Customer Centric
  • Ability to work and engage with all levels of the business across all the Digital Bank countries
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and presentation skills, meticulous, possess drive and initiative
  • Able to work effectively independently and in a team
  • Credit risk background and Professional Scrum Product Owner certification will be an advantage
